Wordmagic Publishing is a self-publishing venture to make my dreams of becoming an author who could publish under her own brand come true. 


CEO/Proprietor of Wordmagic Publishing ( and Author of 'Pneuma', 'The Aeon of Improbable Scams', 'I am Audacious', 'The Esoteric Lives of Fleurs De Lys', and 'A Recusant's Incarnation: A Memoir', Dr Neetha Joseph is a publisher member of Copyright Agency, a member of Australian Society of Authors, Writing NSW, and a non-paying member of Australian Writer's Guild. An Australian citizen, Dr Neetha Joseph has worked in Sydney as a full-time permanent Teacher for 15 years in NSW DOE secondary schools. Currently a qualified professional in the Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums and Records sector having completed Graduate Diploma in Information and Library studies, Curtin University and Certificate III Business (Records and Information Management) from The College for Adult Learning, she is also a member of Australian Library Information Association, Records and Information Management Practitioners Alliance Global, Australian Society of Archivists and ISACA. Having obtained her tertiary qualification in Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education from University of Technology Sydney, Sydney and Doctor of Philosophy degree in 2004 from Bharathiar University, India for her research on ‘Existentialism in the Select Novels of Anita Desai, Dr Neetha Joseph is an active blogger ( and a researcher ( She worked as a Lecturer in English for six and a half years in esteemed Indian institutions such as Tiruppur Kumaran College for women, Government Arts College Ooty, and L.R.G Government Arts College for Women. She commenced her teaching career at a residential school, Bharathiya Vidhya Mandir, Pollachi, India in 1996. She was schooled at Avila Convent Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Coimbatore, India. Born in Chennai, Tamil Nādu, India on 11th April 1974 to south Indian upper middle class Roman Catholic parents and brought up in Coimbatore, Dr Neetha Joseph migrated to Australia in 2003 with her life partner and is the proud mother of a young adult.
